Here we go over the various programs available for all your strength gaining, muscle building, weightlifting, and powerlifting needs!

Weightlifting/Olympic Weightlifting

Commonly known as Olympic Lifting, weightlifting as a sport has existed in various forms since the Olympics began in 1896. In its current form, the sport focuses on two events: The Snatch, and the Clean and Jerk. Your training will include, in addition to those two lifts, a variety of exercises designed to increase your strength, power, speed, and flexibility.

Our programs are at both different skill levels as well as different competitive age levels:

Age Categories:

Youth/Junior – Under 21
Senior – Over 21 and under 35
Masters – Over 35 in 5 year age increments

Skill levels:

Introductory
Novice
Intermediate or higher
